Aisling O'Sullivan, also known by her stage title Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984) is an Irish writer, actress and comedian. Bea was first seen as part of the cast on Irish or British television programs in 2009, made her debut by performing stand-up comedy in the year 2011. The year 2012 saw her begin to regularly appear on sketch and sitcoms. Following her win in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to be booked regularly for various panel shows where she has become a fixture. In 2016 and 2017, she was a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats' team, and also a part-time participant in the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff.
